Key Victory in Wisconsin Partisan Gerrymandering Case
The Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights today received a resounding victory in a decision from the Court in the Wisconsin partisan gerrymandering case, denying the defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
